30 day Money Back Guarantee

All of our hosting packages come with an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. You may cancel your account for any reason within 30 days of activation and receive a full refund.

Web Hosting and Domain E-mail Services:

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional services including but not limited to domain name registration, domain name pointing, additional e-mail accounts, additional disk space, or additional data transfer.

A refund may be requested for amounts paid in advance and not used. The unused amount paid for our Hosting Plans may be refunded on request, less transaction fees incurred by TnR Sites in processing the original payment, and in processing the refund transaction.

We do not offer credits or refunds for amounts paid for the current month.
We give refunds for full months unused, should you want to cancel prepaid service. If you decide to cancel after prepayment, you will not receive a refund for the current month in use (We do not give partial month refunds).

If you have prepaid using the discounted plan, upon cancellation we will withdraw the discount back to the start date of the contract. This will result in paying full price for the months used and refunding the balance. This refund policy only applies to cancellation by the account holder. If cancellation is caused by TnR Sites due to policy violation, there will be no refund.

Discounted Hosting Plans can be paid for ONLY via PayPal, or credit card on Paypal or Check on-line. When a Discounted Plan was paid for via PayPal, refunds will be credited back to the account holder's name within 15 days of receipt of cancellation. If paid by check, refunds will be made by company check within 30 days of receipt of cancellation.

Accounts that are either cancelled, deactivated, and/or have services suspended for violation of our terms of service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee and will not receive any refunds.

Domain Name Registration:

Domain name registrations are non-refundable and non-changeable. As changes are no longer allowed after the registration request is submitted, customer should verify correct spelling and number of years.
Domain Name Registration (Renewals)

All domain name registrations renew automatically. TnR Sites must be advised of domain renewal cancellation in writing, in advance of the renewal date for Domain Name Registration Renewals. Failure to cancel in writing prior to the renewal date will result in the non-refundable renewal of the domain name registration renewal.

TnR Sites reserves the right to change these policies without prior notice or warning. Non-enforcement of any part of these policies does not constitute consent.
